CHIMERA: Homunculi

In CHIMERA there are these human-angel hybrid things that are a result of Chimeras (people with abilities from angels) dying and not having their body cremated. The angel foetus residing within them will force the decaying flesh to warp around the corpse to try and achieve a more desirable form. After Total Ego Death has occurred, the homunculi start to attack any lifeform it senses.
